Salary Offered – Competitive salary between £27,500 to £29,000 with opportunities for performance-based reviews.

Hours – FT 40 hours / week with rotating early and late shifts between 7.30am to 6.30pm. OR Love early mornings? We've got a fixed Early Shift just for you: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Get a head start and enjoy your afternoons free!

Duties & Responsibilities -

• Act as Manager when required, ensuring smooth nursery operations.
• Lead staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Provide a nurturing environment supporting children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Track and report each child’s progress in line with EYFS standards.
• Uphold safeguarding policies, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure the nursery is safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain updated key children profiles and learning journeys.
• Implement free-flow systems to foster independence and confidence in children.
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator
• At least 2 years post-qualifying experience, with exposure to senior responsibilities as a Room Leader..
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills..
